Terms of Service
These are subject to be changed/added/or edited at any time
▪ You cannot Redistribute/Sell the textures you receive in SecondLife
▪ I hold the right to refuse a commission at any point in time.
▪ Mods will not be handed over until full payment has been made
▪ I do not hand out textures full perm.
▪ I do not issue refunds if the mod has been made/in progress, if the body hasn't been made yet, I can still cancel the commission.
▪ If you share your textures/skins to alt or to a "friend, family member, etc." I'm not responsible if they decide to take it back, in a argument and won't delete it.
▪ You CANNOT use the textures given, outside of SL! Meaning you cannot use them in VRCaht or other platforms.
▪ Please have your reference sheet 1:1 of how you want your mod! [Must contain front and back of mod.]
▪ I will not do asymmetrical avatars. [They must be mirrored, and have the color swatches available]
▪ Please do not send heavily NSFW SecondLife pics.
▪ If you ask for a edit of you characters design, in the middle of the process; it will be a 35$ fee and only if I agree to the change.
▪ I do not work with discription(s), please have your reference pic ready. [Secondlife or VRchat references okay]
▪I do not work with Utilizator or Psicorp bits/parts. This includes heads, and bodies.
▪ If you want your mod done ASAP, a rush fee will be applied.
▪ See peice list for bodies, parts; I will/won't work with.
▪ I won't use other artists textures to modify them, I do all my own texture work.
▪ Must know parts you wish to use, and provide the SLurl for the store; or provide the Marketplace listing url for them.
▪ Commissions take time, I will send you WIP photos when I can, but turnaround times can be between 1-3 weeks depending

DO NOT DM ME EVERYDAY ABOUT A UPDATE TO THE MOD(S), I WORK IN RL AND CAN NOT WORK ON THEM ALL DAY.
For VRChat Commissions
▪ I work with most models (Preferably ones I already have see pricing below if I do not own one you wish worked on)
▪ You will recieve the Textures, body, eyes, and whatever extra parts you request.
▪ I do NOT help with setup of your VRChat model, you do not get any mesh or unity package from me. I will not help you learn unity there are many videos out there to help you on youtube.
Nyvorn T.O.S
Nyvorn are a closed species, meaning you can only recieve them from Me, you cannot make your own without commissioning me for one, or winning one from an adopt auction.
Nyvorn have their own lore, and world, located in my Discord server, and FurAffinity, if you'd like more info go there.
You Are Allowed to edit them if you'd like, or have them made into SL or VRC skins, as long as you adhere to their lore appearance it is acceptable
You are Not allowed to claim this species as your own creation or any art recieved by me as your own, you must credit the Creator of the design.
